This can help to propitiate and strengthen Saturn and to receive Saturn’s positive energy. When Saturn is not in a favorable position in birth chart or in Transits especially sadesathi (Saturn Transit in 12th, 1st and 2nd house from Moon) or ashtama shani (8th House from Moon) will have lot of troubles like delays in takings, health problems, loss in Business etc are significations of malefic Saturn. If you are having any one of these doshas in your birth chart you are advised to perform remedies to Saturn. Remedies Means worshiping Saturn with Mantra, Tantra and yagya.
It is done for 15 days by two pundits for three hours each day. A total of 23,000 /21,500 recitations of Mantra Japa will be done in 15 days. This Yagya will be done in four stages – Japa (Repeated recitations continuous Mantra Chanting), Homa (Fire Ceremony), Tarpana (Offering the Divine energy generated thus to the Planet Saturn), and Dana (Giving in charity of the essential related items to a Vedic Pundit in lieu of Planet Shani).
This is done to strengthen the Planet Saturn. It is also done for the appeasement of Shani Graha, to attain special blessings, and to propitiate planet Shani and balance the planetary influences towards overall betterment.
